Returns & Store Credit Policy

At ArcaneDame, we carefully curate luxury and designer pieces and want you to shop with confidence.

Returns may be requested within 10 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, dust bags, boxes, and accessories included. Items must be free of signs of wear, odors, damage, alterations, or any indication of use.

All returns require prior authorization before being sent back. To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page within the return window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For secure delivery, all returns must include tracking and signature confirmation.

Approved eligible returns will be issued as store credit. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

ArcaneDame reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
